Michelle Meier – Strength Coach | Fitness Nutrition Specialist

With eight years of experience owning and operating Way2Go Fitness, I’m passionate about helping people from all walks of life feel strong, agile, and empowered through well-rounded fitness. As a certified Strength Training, Fitness Nutrition, and Youth Coaching professional, I create personalized programs for all fitness levels, including adaptive training for clients with unique needs.

I am also Fit for Birth certified, supporting individuals with safe and effective pre- and postnatal fitness programming.

To bring energy and variety to your fitness routine, I lead HIIT Boot Camp classes every Saturday at 8 AM at 614 Barbell, Grove City. These high-intensity, small-group sessions are designed to challenge all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. They’re perfect for anyone looking to add variety to their fitness journey, build endurance, and have fun while working up a sweat.
